The difference is mainly that fact that this microsd card was optimized specifically for the Nintendo switch which includes the read and write speeds. Hope this helps :)

It was formatted for the Nintendo switch but I’m positive you can reformat it to use it for any day use . But there’s SanDisk micro SD cards cheaper on amazon then this one that will save you the hassle.

Sure does. That is what we are using it for. We have zero issues. Husband said was a bit tricky to get in but he wasn't exactly sure where to put it.

It’s just fun if you’re a Nintendo fan! No need to overthink this one :) I needed the Legend of Zelda themed one in my life even though it wasn’t the storage capacity I wanted.
Short answer: if you have to ask the question... maybe you shouldn’t.

This says it’s for Nintendo Switch so I wouldn’t assume so. Search “Nintendo 3DS SD Card” instead.

Yes this micro ad card should work just fine on the Nintendo switch lite as the switch lite has a micro sd card slot. Hope this helps :)
