It has the same mouth feel as white flour , not gritty at all, but the flavor is like a very mild cornmeal . In a baked product I don't notice a flavor at all.

Not sure of the source but the flour has no bitter flavor, actually has not much flavor at all, I was impressed.

There are 6 total carbs, but 5 carbs of fibre, which make 1 net carb, in 2 tablespoon. Depends how you count your carbs. There are 16 tablespoons in a cup.

1 gr de glucide par 2 c. a table ; 6 gr moins 5 gr. de fibres= 1 gr.
il y a un autre type de farine de lupin celle la est zero glucide,meme plus de fibres que les glucides. mais on ne la trouve pas ici. je pense que c est juste en europe.

Like it would be from a bean...not very good. You need to mix it with almond flour or coconut flour to make it a little more palatable.
