Yes of course you will. You need to maintain a good diet and exercise. The colon cleanser helps get rid of backed-up stool but it's not a magic weight loss pill. You need to change your daily habits.
I normally have one before bed at 11 pm. I feel this start working at 7 am for 4-5 hours. Everyone is different. I only have one every 3 days. Hope this help
The gelatine (bovine) in our 15-day Colon Detox is from beef. A Halal certification is not the same as vegan, or even vegetarian, and animal-derived ingredients are permissible under this certifications, as long as they adhere to the corresponding requirements.
Our 15-day Colon Cleanse is not designed to be used for a full year. We recommend taking one to two capsules a day for 15 days and then not repeating this process for at least 6-8 weeks!
