Yes and No, if you set them up with a decent amount of slack before it pulls on the first mount - you don't really notice any tension, the pull is a little bit stronger out of the box than what might be perfect.. but it needs be able to hold the cable up too right? The adhesive hook is actually quite sticky but I would not use a single pully for 15kg - the wire is quite thin and would likely snap.

The cable on 1 is made from metal, 2 is a fiber cord. V1 metal cable had issues of kinking according to other reviews. Version 2 also has a sound damper so it makes less noise. The tension on 2 is not changeable but apparently it's less than the tension of V1.

I would recommend V2 for the extra bit of money.
