It provides comfort for SOME neuropathy but it is wise to check with your qualified pharmacist to ensure that the herbals do not cause harm if you are taking any other prescriptions or over the counter remedies. Be safe.

Promise is water based and fast absorbing so it wouldn't work if you're looking for a gel that lubricates like a massage oil or ultrasound gel. You can use it in place of topical treatments like a liniment. It leaves no greasy or sticky feel and has a very slight clove scent.

Might be better to try it than do nothing. A chiropractor or doctor might help if this doesn't. I used it for arthritis.....

this helps with pain as in sciatica,joint and muscle. pain from arthritis. it is organic
