Answer:
As long as your things to bond are free of moisture.oils ,rust,dust etc. this product should work fine.It would be a good idea to rough up the shaft with fine sand paper to get a good bond.

Answer:
This will work . You must clean your tank. You must rough the surface as much as possible. The best way is with a 40 grit sand paper. You will get great job done.

What Happens If Epoxy Resin Freezes?
If epoxy resin freezes in its liquid state, simply move it to a warm place and allow it return it to room temperature before using it. Once it returns to room temperature, it will perform and cure normally.

If the gap is tiny, you will need to use Plastic and if larger gap you can use Metal which has higher viscosity.
