I would think so, assuming you have some support around the electrical box where you are mounting to hold the weight of the camera

No, this unit is hardwired. Needs to be connected to 120vac

You can turn the lights on in the ring app and they wont time out any light will need to be replaced after a significant amount of use....

No USB card, you can use it for free but if you want to record and store videos you need a paid account. For one camera it’s around $4 per month and $12 per month for around 5 cameras. It’s worth the money.
