According to the box they provide ATSM level 1 barrier protection and they meet or exceed ASTM F2100 requirments. So yes they are considered medical grade masks, with 1 being the lowest level of protection.

There isn't anything in the description or on the box that says "graphene" it does say "latex free"
So I'm saying no graphene.
