Hi Samuel, It can do the job but we do not recommend it if you need something glassy. Our coating product (called C-Coat) will come to market in a few months and you will be able to buy it from Amazon when it becomes available. That will be something that we can recommend for glassy application.

No idea about the psi strength. I would suggest using fibreglass ribbon and buildup layers with the epoxy —I’m sure you can find a youtube video on how to work with fibreglass.

Not sure. I haven't tried it in a wet environment, however, on the package it says it is suitable for ABS or PVC which are common in plumbing or outdoor electrical conduits.

I think you really should contact the Company that produces this product —located in Canada, to know for sure.

The description says it’s not suitable for PTFE-PP-PE which essentially means ‘not suitable for non-stick plastics.’

Yes just make sure it is smooth on the surface otherwise you will have to sand and polish it.
