This is an excellent coffee - The biggest mistake people make is the grind.... for this light a roast make the grind slightly finer than you typically do for whatever method you use (e.g. if you use drip and grind medium - say 5/10 on a regular grinder - try a 3 or 4 /10. Obviously grinders vary a lot)
A lighter roast doesn't extract as easily, therefore a finer grind gives a lot more flavour. (too fine isn't ideal either - based on brewing method).
If you try this - play around with grind and quantity of bean per water volume. You may be surprised.
Also - you can kill this with sugar IMO (and personally I dislike anything - dairy or sugar). At LEAST try a bit before you decimate it - hehe
I typically prefer light roasts - and I mostly do my own roasting. Waiting for a part, I tried this and often buy it when I'm too lazy to do my own.
I started with dark roasts because I always preferred them - but that changed. I find lighter roasts don't stay fresh as long - therefore in the past I found they were tasteless because they were always past their prime when the major brands hit the shelves. Smaller companies tend to get them there fresher (don't like to carry large stock in warehouses - it costs money) .....
Anyway - while I still use darker roasts for espresso, for drip, pour, french and even Moka sometimes - I definitely prefer light roasts - the right bean and grind can be amazing.
