So, this product DEFINITELY does the damn thing. I took one pill at 9:30am and around 3:30p my stomach began to hurt. Unbearable cramps, sweating all of it. Ran to the bathroom and as the reviews stated, once you relieve yourself, you feel better. However, this came out of both ends for me. And boy oh boy, I thought for sure my partner was going to come home and find me dead with barf and poop all over the place. Having said that, I feel spectacular and might give it another go tomorrow. I’m scared but the energy I had today was so worth it! 4 out of 5 cause it works but be prepared for the stomach pains, they are awful! Oh and I was in the bathroom for about an hour..not so bad.

First time I’ve written an Amazon review, but this product really impressed me. I saw a Homeopath 12 years who taught me the importance of keeping my colon cleansed especially when trying to lose weight. If your colon is full of unprocessed food (yuck but that’s what happens) ... your weight loss will be slowed down and you won’t get optimum results. Well my diet has been awful in 2020 ... shocking. I decided to try a colon cleanse before I started my weight loss plan. This is my experience ...

The first 10 days I went to the loo first thing in the morning and again after my breakfast. On average I went to the bathroom 2-3 times a day. It was soft and runny, not crazy, loud or embarrassing... but I will warn you that expect fart a lot in the first 10 days ... and when you need to go ... GO! Don’t hold it. Don’t think you can hold it. Just go! Lol.

I had very mild cramping in my tummy before a poo ... I put it down to the unprocessed food being flushed out. And oh my i was right. Because my normal poo don’t exactly smell like roses ... but it doesn’t smell like something crawled up my bottom and died! The smell was really awful. But I remembered what my Homeopath used to say about sometimes food rots in your colon if it does not come out. So please expect it to smell worst than normal. It’s a good sign that this product is working! After day 10 though, the smell is back to normal. I can only put it down to the unprocessed food and toxins are now out. I will continue and finish the 15 day course. I’d highly recommend this product. It really does what it says on the box and the price point is extremely reasonable.

So in summary... You may get mild tummy cramps that won’t last long, poo 2-3 times a day, have lots of windy and have extremely smelly poo 💩 ... but in the end you’ll have a cleansed colon. Your tummy will feel awesome and you’ll feel lots healthier. In my book the minor inconveniences were definitely worth it!!

Ok so I've been suffering for about 8 years with ibs and gastritis. I was advice by dietitian in this field that my body possibly needed a cleanse.
I am on loads of meds to help with spinal pain and the ibs, gastritis. so was dubious on taking anything else. Suffering really bad with bloating to an extreme I looked 9 months pregnant, pain you can not imagine,constipation, diahorea and having to follow a fodmap diet before this product.

So I looked up and found this had the best reviews.

I have to say first few days all I lost was watery very offensive loose stools, only first thing in a morning and after breakfast.
As your warned its going to remove those nasties from you and it did this.
I'm now on day 5 taking 2 at night drinking loads of water through the day, focusing on eating healthy.

First 2 days yes, It's true you do get griping pain before a motion, but believe me I lived with my condition 8 years and I've had a lot worse and was hospitalised with my ibs so this was minor and at least there's a warning that nasty toxins in your body need out.

I have noticed my stomach going down, and if I am honest I am seeing a change so far, I will continue to day 15 and come back and update

Don't Plan on Leaving Your House

So right off the bat, these do exactly what is says on the tin. That being said, the best way I can think to describe them is "these things are gnarly". There's no magic formula, they're essentially just very powerful laxatives, and if you've ever taken laxatives before then you'll know what to expect (i.e. that's probably not just a fart that you've got brewing). The bottle days to "take 1-2 tablets before bed", but I'd strongly recommend starting with just 1 tablet and see how well that works for you. My first dose (2 tablets) was still working two days later, and I can't see how needing to put yourself through this for 15 days would be needed, unless you're John Wayne and have 20 pounds of compacted steak fermenting inside of you. They'll no doubt affect everyone slightly differently, but beware if you're planning an extended trip outside of the house anytime within 48 hours of your last dose.

I only used this for 1 night. Took two tablets with 8oz water as suggested. 6hrs later, cramps, 7hrs later unbearable cramps, sweating, nausea, high temperature, and then the world fell out my ass!! I didn't leave my bathroom for at least 40mins. The cramps went, but the sweating stayed a little longer and now I was feeling extremely cold, shivering and couldn't warm up. Went to the toilet approx another 3 times throughout the day. I had a tender tummy all day. This product works, but a little well and makes me wonder how safe it actually is. I threw the rest away. I don't want to experience that again. I have no idea how my body would have reacted on this for a further 14 days. There couldn't have been anything left to rid of.
