This TV works great and is an affordable upgrade from what we had. I'm sure there are many better TVs at higher price points, but this is miles above what I had previously. Very easy to set up. We had it on and were viewing stuff in minutes.
The one issue I had was with the shipping. They notified us that it would come on Friday and then on Wednesday morning I received a call saying it would be arriving before noon. Luckily someone was able to be home, so I didn't have a nice new 75" tv sitting outside all day. However, the delivery person was a small older man who was trying to unload and move the tv by rolling it end over end up to the porch. The person at the house ran out to help, but it is no wonder people complain about these larger tvs being damaged when they open the box.
