5.0 out of 5 stars It's worth picking up but...
Reviewed in Canada 🇨🇦 on April 8, 2023
So here is the dealio, if you listen to Peter Attias podcasts, or are familiar with longevity science, this book will be too amateur for you. There isn't much covered in here that isn't covered in more depth on his podcasts. I think I have learned more about him and his life than anything to do with longevity. However, I am well read and up to date on this information and his podcasts so I would say that this is a 5* book for an amateur reader. But it's a questionable pickup for anybody familiar with the topic. If you know what medicine 3.0 is you'll know the majority of the book.

Il still give it five stars and hope Peter puts out a more detailed read for his followers.

Only received it a few days back and currently 100 pages in. Very well written / easy to read. Lots of detail but in a format that is clear and to the point. I am a subscriber to Peter's podcast so had a reasonable idea of what to expect. It had exceeded my expectations though.
