My husband is in stage 4 liver disease, almost anything healthy is hard on him.
He's beeb on this for abput a month and is sore physically, because he's more active lol
He dutifully takes 1 pill only a day and refuses to take another with dinner.
He didn't notice an immediate change but henow realizes that he is about 35-40% more active.
For him that's a great deal when your up time is very limited.
Great product, ordered some more yesterday and received it today, good sign that things are where they should be.
