Customer Review

It's not the most advanced model by a long shot but I use it to protect networking equipment with low-draw. With a modem and router plugged in (along with a couple of switches, a small NAS, and the phone line itself) an internet connection should stay live as along as the external line hasn't been hit by lightning or something.
While for many this may only be a convenience-thing during short outages, it' good protection for some particularly fragile electronics and, for VOIP phones, can keep a line working in an emergency. I'd also recommend testing, if possible; cut the power and check that everything which needs power is still getting it.
