The JSA in WW2. Sounds great right? Well it starts out great with the JSA fighting Nazis with Tiger Tanks and some pretty realistic war scenes. Then the movie disintegrates into a silly plot with a mind controlled Aquaman and his Aqua-Nazis attacking some unnamed city. Not even sure who the villain was controlling him...was it Ocean Master? The sub-plot and involvement of the Flash from the past stupidly referred to as Future Boy was inane and completely unnecessary. The best part of this blu-ray was a DC Showcase short featuring Kamandi. All in all, watchable, but a great premise that really fell flat. I think DC should just stop producing animated movies that don't involve Bruce Timm and Paul Dini.
