Customer Review

Be aware that the majority of mouthwashes on the market are too acidic which will wear away your tooth enamel. This is one of two brands I could find where the pH was neutral or more basic. It is mild tasting, kind of like slightly salty water with a, maybe faint quinine flavour? It’s nothing like the astringent mouthwashes you expect. Initially it was a bit weird but now it’s quite pleasant. More importantly, it does the job. This stuff works and kills the bacteria causing bad breath. It took maybe a week or so, rinsing for a minute twice daily after brushing and flossing, but it did the job, the entire day is bad breath free. I came to realize that the other stuff like Crest and Listerine etc. covers bad breath with minty flavours and astringency but after an hour the bad breath comes back. Also astringent mouthwashes would sting my gums and the Therabreath doesn’t. Only issue is that it quite a bit more expensive than your standard mouthwash and there aren’t any economy sizes.
