This camera is my 4th outdoor after 2 previous ones kept dropping signal constantly and beeding to be hard reset. This one hasn’t dropped yet after 1 month of use. Picture quality is good. My first problem is that upon video playback, the picture seems to freeze at the beginning of an alarm clip, so I never seem to be able to watch the whole thing. It also took a lot of resetting to understand my time zone and only after several resets, finally understood that I was not in Hong Kong. Now it it showing me that it is set to the correct time, however all of a sudden, videos from yesterday afternoon show up as 20:30 (pm) when obviously they are not (since it’s daylight). I can’t change anything in the settings as it already shows the correct time in settings. Looks like I’ll be needing to contact customer service 1 day after my return window expired. In addition, even on light sensitivity, the camera picks up bugs, spider web and spiders at night, so if a spider decides to make this camera home, alerts going off all night, while the night vision will only see the spider as a big bright light and you won’t be able to see the target.
