I have digestive issues due to come medications and this helps to keep me regular and things moving as they should. It doesn’t cause me cramping or urgency. I also like knowing that the extra junk in my digestive system is being removed and not just sitting there (yuck) I’ve purchased and used it a few times and will continue to purchase.
