Oh wow! This thing works, I had a crazy busy Holiday during December January and I needed to detox and found this. I never knew how much I had in me and how fast I could run to you know where lol! I started taking 1 pill before bed time and didn’t leave the house for a week. I’m glad with the results and I’ve lost 4 pounds. I would recommend.
