I've used the light now for just under a week. I started with just 10 minutes and today I'm up to probably 45 minutes. The actual unit itself is very well made. It looks like a tablet and even has that kind of weight to it. (as in not cheap and flimsy) The light is VERY bright. I was surprised at first. Now I am more used to it. Still maybe a little early to tell if it's helping with melancholy mood but I'm up for anything that might help with dreary winters. I will say I have been sleeping better this past week as well. Not sure if it's due to the light but you never know. And I'll take it! I would recommend this quality unit if you're wanting to try it out for yourself.
