Loved this and could not stop reading! Think of oppression, autocracy, cruelty, Frankenstein's monster - then the desire to be free. The heroes of the story are unusual and imperfect. Loved the slow burn of the story and the way all the threads are pulled together to an ending that makes me want the sequel NOW!
