These pans are the best. No more flimsy, non stick, easily scratched, thin pans in my kitchen! Crown cake pans are the only ones I'm keeping. The six inch size makes a perfect little cake for two people, or the top tower of a larger cake. I will get parchment rounds for them but the first time I used them with just butter and the cake released easily. Now that I'm cooking for only two people, I can still use my favourite recipes, and freeze one for later. The depth of three inches is versatile too. Next up is a fruit upside down cake. This is going to be fun.
