Really enjoy the coffee. It's fast and easy to use. Really easy to keep clean.

The Aerocinno frother *really* froths the milk (like insanely thick froth) but the milk needs to be heated first. The Aerocinno just can't get cold milk warm enough in the short time that you run the device. The coffee is hot but you'll end up with a barely lukewarm drink if you don't warm the milk first. Seems to me that the Aerocinno won't run without the whisk inside so you can't use it to just warm the milk first either. You also don't want to have it whisking too long or you'll have nothing but very dense foam. I was hoping to heat the milk for a bit first, then drop in the whisk but that didn't seem to work.

Regardless, it makes a good straight espresso or lungo too if you prefer to skip the milk. I've been drinking it both ways and I like it so much better than my Tassimo and Dolce Gusto. The Nespresso capsules are really good and but I've been buying the Caffitaly Robusto capsules since they're more easily available at a local store (and cheaper). The Caffitaly Robusto makes a good espresso but the capsules are a little harder to puncture than the Nespresso capsules.

I also bought a Nespresso Innissia for work and while it make identical espressos, the Citiz has a considerably larger water tank and stores more used capsules. One thing I don't like about the Citiz is the thick power cord that can't be tucked away anywhere. Nice looking machine that looks all fancy on the counter except for the very thick, stiff, and bulky industrial power cord wrapped up behind it (it's power tool thick -- maybe worse).
