I'm so angry at myself for the amount of money I wasted buying this. Shortly after buying i had to call customer service, and was advised there was a 1 time fee, I can't even remember exactly but it was upward from $80-$98 on top of the cost of the roku unit itself. The year is up and they are asking to call and renew!!! Wtf! To make matters better? Because I will NOT pay another sent for a thing that said nothing of extra charges. It keeps resetting itself so every other day or at least 1 time a day, the apps like Disney, Netflix have to continually be re-added with all info and pws.
