I am disappointed because of two reasons:
1. this item is apparently nonrefundable but I did not read that anywhere before clicking “add to cart”....
2. This is whole bean coffee and not ground coffee.
It does say that on the website but I overlooked it and now I am stuck with whole bean coffee and I only have a standard coffee machine. I will have to use my blender to grind it , so I can actually get my money’s worth out of this coffee. How FUN right ?!!!
I will definitely be calling Amazon customer service on the phone and inquiring further about this non-refundable/ non-return policy on this product, which I’ve never encountered before with other items. So be CAREFUL before buying.
