Printer works great but the customer service is a joke. It came with 6 month free ink but the ink it came with was only good for 5 pages and took 4 months to get new ink because I kept getting a notice saying they tried to deliver it but my address was wrong. Checked the address and it was fine. Tried to call customer service but I had to have a claim number, couldn't get a claim number unless I sent in an email, couldn't send in an email unless I went online and talked to the customer service bot... you see where this is going. After giving up on that, miraculously, I finally got it delivered to my unchanged address. but alas. My free 6 months has expired and I only received one month worth of ink. I pay $5 a month for ink I don't use because I'm afraid to print anything for fear I'm have to go through the whole thing all over again. I go continuous emails telling me to turn on my printer because they can't communicate with it.. I wish I had never bought it!
On the plus side? My cat Shannon LOVES sleeping on it while I'm working, so that's something!
