The email from Asurion with the plan details never came. When I contacted the seller to let them know, I received a reply in which they besically told me that the standard procedure is an email delivery 24 for hours after the purchase and to go look again.
This is not a service I was hoping to get. If a simple information exchange made me feel like I am supposed to work hard to get the service I paid for, I'd rather not have that service at all.
