Shipping took about 7 days from the US (Washington State). Small package with a nice touch (does not feel cheap). Same size as v1/v2 Indoor camera but heavier (probably due to the shielding and the battery). Setup is different than the Indoor camera, you need to connect the Base station by direct RJ45 cable to the router and keep the base on a somewhat same level with the camera. The first time I set up the base station upstairs and the camera (outside and 7 feet from the ground) does not receive good signal. I move the base station to the main floor and notice that the camera has good signal with almost full bar. In distance the camera is about 25 feet from the base however there are 3, 4 walls and doors in between. Most cameras nowadays will give excellent daytime picture so I will not talk about that. Night time picture is very good. The only downside are 1) the camera does not record 24/7 if you want to set it that way (probably a design to preserve a long battery life) and 2) the motion detection area is fixed, unlike v1/v2. Battery seems to keep up well, using about 1% per day. Overall, this is a nice little outdoor camera, I would certainly buy again if there is a need.
