well it has been 50 days and had hopes for this product but i found that it did not improve my sleep, did not lose weight , did not ease stress and did not clear all toxins as you can see in pics still black so either i am very toxic or it did not work, also i had to use socks over them when, i did not they would peel with the pull of the sheet. the 1st pic is when i started no flash 2nd is the last night with flash Sorry
