I’m not sure about this product. I don’t know what, if anything, this is doing.
Yes the pads are black by morning but is that toxins or merely the heat and moisture of your skin moistening the pads and exposing the contents due to the non-breathable backing?
I did not notice any difference in sleep or level of fatigue. I also found that a couple of times the adhesive let go and I woke up with a pad wrapped in the sheets.
I will not reorder this as I can’t say I’ve noticed any benefit to justify spending money.
