Based on the others reviews I commited for this Soap & Cream Bowl for a present and I had the surprise to see that even a such simple item which should be easy to quality inspect, may came out with major issues that cancel the main advantages for which we bought it initially: stainless stell for antibacterial contamination. On this one, there are not just one poke, but 3 (three) on the top ot the bowl that are enough deep and trough to scratch whatever I pass over ... The stainless principle it's not probably applying anymore for this unit. The box was't seal neither, and everything about this packaging make me believe this was quite an open box, and I,m probably the second or the third that will retuyrn it. Not a problem when we buy from Amazon you'll say, but when we're talking about a present, it's also about time and trust. I belived that this will be a no issue item and now I'll lose another week to return and buy another one. Is it so difficult to take out from the shipping departement an item which you as manufacturer wouldn't keep it for yourself ? If they want to sell them as is, they should advertise them properly. It's sad and quite disapointing.
