The book is enjoyable and there are some very interesting anecdotes that helps to illustrate the point James is making. I have even gone on to try his strategies and so far it's working. The book is very obvious, in the sense that the concepts are not something up in the clouds only sages can achieve. His methods are actionable and you can put them into practice immediately.
The only problem I have is the poor manufacturing quality of the book, not the content. Paper and ink both looks cheap and the poor binding was very noticeable. However, if you are looking to learn about habits and don't care about the finishing. Say no more, this is the one.
