Customer Review

First, I will start off by saying that my son loves both of Andrea Beaty's two other books which are similar to and released before this one - namely, Rosie Revere, Engineer and Iggy Peck, Architect.

This book has the same rhythmic flow and gorgeous illustrations as the other two books, but it ends up lacking somehow. The story just isn't as adventurous or engaging. We liked it very-very much, but we didn't LOVE it.

We did appreciate a female person (family) of colour being featured in a book about science. My son notices these things, as he likes to see people who resemble him in the books that we read. :)

While we enjoyed the other books more, this one is still a solid 4-star read and therefore recommended!
