Very well laid out book. It's not groundbreaking material, and in fact you may have heard of some of the strategies before. The author makes it very clear that they have organized the material based on their blog, and on what has worked for them and other people, and I like how it is systematically arranged. Lots of good practical examples and engaging stories how you should try to be 1% better every day, which then amounts to lots of change over time. I especially liked his advice on how to get rid of bad habits, which wasn't as common sense to me. I enjoyed it, nice easy read.
