Battery life and battery health reduces after a few month .I have had this outdoor camera operating for 3 month and I have only fully changed it twice and at this point suddenly I can only recharge up to% 95 and since I installed WYZE latest firmware updates a few days ago on the camera & base station,which allows base station to connect to my home wireless network ,my battery usage has gone out of control and dropping down fast every day,....in fact in about 4 days my battery went from 95 percent to 42 percent.
Other problem with Wyze outdoor cam is that motion detection has major delays .
At first the battery life seemed pretty good but it’s clear that the battery is not going to last that long and that makes this camera useless because I am not going to recharge this thing everyday!
