I had difficulties with the set up as soon as I received my product. My television wouldn’t recognize it for some reason. After multiple attempts, it finally began working. It wasn’t on account of trying anything new. I just repeated the steps a few times and it finally worked. Since then, I had frequent issues where I would come back to my TV and it would not recognize the device as being installed. I would need to unplug it from the wall and plug it back in in order for it to be recognized again. I contacted Amazon twice to troubleshoot. The problem persisted so I ordered a replacement in the hopes that my product was faulty. No such luck. I have had a new one for just over a week and it is giving me the same issue where I will occasionally turn on my TV and not have it be recognized. It’s not all the time, but it’s certainly enough to be an annoyance. It also wouldn’t recognize my verbal request for Disney+ one day. When I tried to go in manually, it kept freezing on the screen. I will likely return this product and try something else.
