I found this book very effective in explaining how to generate good habits. It covers much of the psychology behind our good and bad habits in easy-to-understand terms. He references many experts and their work while keeping the explanations in layperson’s terms, making it an easy read for most. If you are looking for a book to help you understand your habits and how they formed or are looking to change or form some new habits, this book gives you excellent suggestions on how to do this. Although there is not much new information in this book, the information presented is in a way that makes it easy to adapt to your personal goals. I liked the author’s approach and would recommend this to anyone interested in finding better ways to change or modify their targeted actions to a more positive outcome.
