Loved this book. Carey writes from a place of vulnerability and honesty which immediately draws you in and makes what he is talking about relatable on a human level. What I appreciated most about this book was that not only did he identify areas that resonated with me and my own challenges but he offers hope in the way of tangibles that are immediately applicable to life. The chapter on cynicism hit me right in the kisser. It was like looking into a mirror but then becoming equipped to change what you see. I recommend this to any human being.
