I got these for a pre fashion show cleanse and I lost 8 pounds. On the bottle it says it should work in 6-12 hours but i find it’s always 12-15 hours when they take effect and it lasts about 1-4 hours per day i would say. I do recommend them even just to clean out your gut but i wouldn’t recommend doing it for long periods of time.
