Customer Review

This book is liberating if you are struggling with perfectionism. Manson is witty and hilarious. It's a refreshing take on how to acknowledge and accept your shortcomings, not from a place of shame but instead, how to rise from it. One thing I didn't necessarily agree with are his beliefs on affirmations, especially if you are naturally a negative person; affirmations has personally helped me become a more positive person. Doesn't provide much value to people who already have a "DGAF" attitude (obvious, I know, but explains my 3 stars rating).
