I purchased the roku a week ago. It worked fine for 1 week and then started failing. When we tested the internet speed, the roku system keeps saying that the internet speed is too low for playback (when all other devices on the same network are working properly).
It is disappointing as we liked it for the first few days but now, even after reseting back to factory setting, it still doesn't work as expected and we cannot stream any content.
