The console dock stopped working out of a sudden. When trying to diagnose the problem on the Nintendo website they say that the dock is needing repair. When checking with the serial number to check if it's under warranty (supposed to have a 1 year warranty) they say its expired!! Now coming back to check to contact one cell Canada there is no way to contact them via Amazon. And when trying to call to the company itself (they're in Ontario) i just keep getting on their voice mail. Really bad costumer service
