For an incredibly long time I have had problems trying to articulate what on earth of Product Manager or Program Manager does. This book nails it on the head. I think even if you are not interviewing, this is a great book for PM's/PD's to review, as it helps remind you of things you may want to revisit in your own career (at a holistic level).
