I Just bought the product, and I haven’t been able to install it, neither on my iPhone all of at my MacBook Air. The instructions are poor, their customer service is the worst, and the problem is that I cannot connect the printer wireless with Wi-Fi or with The ethernet cable. I downloaded the app, and the robot virtual assistant try to help Yesterday and today for about two hours, but is impossible to connect it, and I spoke with four different hp agents today, after a long waiting, and none of them could help me resolve the problem.
