I am always amazed when a product works as advertised. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet, got machine hoping it might help a little. Find it helps alot. Since buying machine pulled a muscle in back and it is a huge help with that as well. Stick pads seem to have a long life. Machine in use daily by me or spouse still sticking great. Easy to use. Would recommend to others in pain.
