I have only had my oculus maybe a month now and I treat it like it was my own child, not a scratch not a mark not even a bit of sunlight has seen the lense, yet I can't sign in to oculus profile, and my headset keeps blackscreening me out of games and even when I first turn it on, I have tried to message and contact Amazon about this but all I got was I can't get a refund or q exchange for this defective broke item that was sold to me for over 500$ great so if you feel like getting scammed out of a good bit of money and not getting anything out of it Its the product for you SMH!
