I've used 4 or 5 different types of white strips and these are by far the most inconvenient to use. Their thickness is like plastic food wrap - very easy to get stuck together unless you pull them off veeerrry carefully. I wrecked 2 full sets of these before figuring it out - use tweezers to pull off the backing sheet. These strips also don't adhere well, even with drying teeth off thoroughly beforehand. They do work, but sitting still, not swallowing or talking or anything for whole time is difficult. So not wholehearted "don't buy" - price is good, but they're annoying to use.
