Doesn't live up to the hype and while some sentences here and there can be nice and useful, it boils down to basically one central idea (that isn't new).
But that's not the problem, people verbalise old ideas into new fancy packages all the time and it's perfectly fine. However, I thought the author felt often unclear with his many examples and those tended to fit weirdly when your life doesn't resemble him (especially if you're a woman or POC).
Anyway, I though it was a lot of empty words to explain a simple ideas. Tons of previous (often classic) authors have verbalised the ideas in this book and they did it with much more skill than him.
Also, all the swearing is clearly for shock/marketing value and while I'm not against swearing, it's feels a bit too try-hard at time (and I'm annoyed at the trend it started with those self-help books with swear words).
