I've tried a lot of colon cleaner products and this I've found to be the best. It is gentle on your stomach and has great results. Everyone is different but I've found my best results by taking 2. 8-12 hours later and you'll have relief. I've found other products work but has awful side effects of stomach pains and cramps.
